Head of North America (Founding)Build our North American business from zero: sales, marketing, and everything between. ReadySet + HVNT Remote · US / Canada Full-time · Growth +

About

HVNT Entertainment helps teams and organizations turn meetings, onboarding, offsites, conferences, sports events and company gatherings into real-world adventures through gamified mobile experiences. Demand from the US and Canada is growing fast, and we're looking for our first North America-based hire to own the market end-to-end.

The role

This is not a traditional sales seat. It's a founding, founder-adjacent role for someone entrepreneurial who treats a market as a product they own: part sales, part marketing, part partnerships, all execution. You'll be the face of the company in North America, working closely with the Stockholm team across time zones, and you'll decide as much as you execute.

What you'll do

  • Own the North American pipeline end-to-end: source, qualify, run, and close conversations with US and Canadian companies, HR teams, event agencies, universities and conference organizers
  • Build the North American playbook (discovery, demos, pricing, proposals, follow-up) and version it as you learn
  • Stand up lightweight marketing experiments alongside sales: content, outbound, social, events
  • Develop strategic partnerships with US and Canadian agencies, venues and platforms that multiply our reach
  • Adapt positioning and messaging to North American buyers: corporate team building, campus events, brand activations
  • Run pricing and packaging experiments and bring real North American market data back to the product team
  • Build and maintain the CRM, dashboards and operating cadence the North American motion runs on
  • Represent us at North American trade shows and industry events when it makes sense
  • Build the foundation of our US team: in partnership with the Stockholm office, identify and hire the first 2–3 team members to continue the company's growth journey

What success looks like (3–6 months)

  • The first North American deals are closed and the pipeline is real and growing
  • Discovery to close is a documented, repeatable motion, not improvisation
  • At least one marketing experiment and one partnership are producing pipeline
  • Pricing and positioning are tested against real North American deals, not assumptions
  • The founders trust the North American market to run itself week to week

Who this is for

  • You're entrepreneurial: you've built something before, a market, a side business, a function
  • You treat revenue as a system to build, not a number to chase
  • You're equally comfortable in a sales call, a content draft, and a spreadsheet
  • You handle rejection without losing momentum, and create opportunities instead of waiting for them
  • You move fast, write clearly, and don't need a manager to unblock you; HQ is hours ahead and you won't be micromanaged
  • You want ownership of a market, not a quota inside someone else's plan

What we're not looking for

  • A traditional enterprise AE waiting for inbound leads
  • A pure BDR who only does the top of funnel
  • Someone who needs a fully built playbook on day one
  • Someone who wants to do only sales or only marketing; this role lives in the mix

Must-haves

  • Based in the US or Canada and authorized to work there
  • Commercial experience at startups or high-velocity companies, spanning sales, marketing, BD or partnerships
  • Structured: follow-ups, notes, next steps, pipeline hygiene
  • Comfortable with a few hours of weekly overlap with Stockholm

Nice-to-haves

  • An existing network among US or Canadian event agencies, venues, HR teams, universities or sports events
  • Experience in events, hospitality, gaming, or experiential marketing
  • Experience as a first market hire or founding commercial hire
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience · comfortable recording short Loom-style demos/videos

Growth & ownership

This role can grow into leading North American commercial, GTM, or revenue as the market scales. The ceiling is set by what you build, not by a ladder we hand you.

Compensation

Competitive base, performance upside, and meaningful equity. We pay for ownership and outcomes, not face-time.

How to apply

Email us with subject line "Head of North America". Include your CV or LinkedIn, a short note on why you want to open the North American market with us, one thing you've built or sold that you're proud of, and one experiment you'd run in your first month.

AI Engineer (Agents & Automation)Build the AI layer that lets anyone design a great experience. ReadySet + HVNT Stockholm / Hybrid / Remote EU Full-time · Engineering +

About

HVNT Entertainment builds gamified real-world experiences for teams, events and organizations. We're now taking the next step: making event creation dramatically faster and simpler by building AI-powered flows that help customers plan, generate and launch great experiences with minimal friction.

We're looking for an AI Engineer who can build agentic product experiences, not just prototypes. This role is for someone who can ship real AI features that work in production. You'll own the AI layer of HVNT Entertainment's product and help us turn "manual setup" into "instant creation".

Main responsibilities

  • Build and ship AI-powered features that help users create better events faster
  • Design and implement agents that ask the right questions, generate structured outputs (events, challenges, content, configs) and refine results through iterative dialogue
  • Build tool/function-calling flows, e.g. create event → edit tasks → publish
  • Connect agents to real product capabilities: databases, event templates, challenge libraries
  • Improve quality through evaluation loops, testing, and user feedback
  • Ensure reliability: fallbacks, guardrails, error-handling, safe outputs
  • Collaborate closely with product, design and engineering to make AI feel smooth and trustworthy

What success looks like (first 30–90 days)

  • You ship the first AI-assisted creation flow into production, not just demos
  • Users can generate a playable event with significantly fewer steps
  • Outputs are consistent, usable, and aligned with HVNT Entertainment's quality bar
  • We have a system for improving AI output over time: iteration + measurement

Must-haves

  • Strong developer background, preferably with Python
  • Experience building real software systems, not only prompt experiments
  • Hands-on experience with multiple major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and/or other modern LLM APIs)
  • Experience building agents / multi-step workflows, not just single prompts
  • You take ownership, move fast, and communicate clearly

Nice-to-haves

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent real-world experience
  • Function/tool calling, structured outputs (JSON schemas, validation, state machines), RAG / knowledge retrieval, eval frameworks
  • Experience shipping AI features into production with real users
  • Product intuition: you understand what makes AI feel "helpful" vs "annoying"
  • Interest in games, creativity tools, or UGC platforms

What this role is not

  • Not a research role
  • Not "prompting only"
  • Not flashy demos that never ship
  • This is about shipping, quality, and real users

How to apply

Email us with subject line "AI Engineer". Include your CV or LinkedIn, a short intro on what AI agent(s) you've built and what they did, links to work (GitHub, portfolio, or a short Loom demo), and as an optional bonus, describe one AI agent flow you'd build for HVNT Entertainment in 5–10 lines.

Sales Associate (B2B)Run the front line of conversations with event organizers. ReadySet Stockholm / Hybrid Full-time · Growth +

About

HVNT Entertainment helps teams and organizations turn meetings, onboarding, offsites, conferences, sports events and company gatherings into real-world adventures through gamified mobile experiences. We work with companies, event agencies, schools and live event organizers to create experiences people actually remember.

We're growing and looking for a commercially driven Sales Associate who can help create real revenue momentum. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys fast execution, ownership, and figuring things out in real time. You'll work closely with operations, marketing, product and leadership to turn interest into customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and turn them into booked calls
  • Run demos and sales calls with strong preparation
  • Proactively reach out to companies, HR teams, event agencies and partners
  • Follow up consistently and professionally so opportunities don't go cold
  • Build and maintain a clean, structured pipeline in HubSpot (or CRM)
  • Learn the product deeply so you can sell it confidently and naturally
  • Collect customer objections and feedback, feed it back into product and marketing
  • Create opportunities yourself through outbound outreach, not just inbound

What success looks like (first 30–90 days)

  • You can confidently run an HVNT Entertainment demo on your own
  • Leads don't go cold because follow-up is structured and fast
  • CRM stays accurate and up to date
  • You create real pipeline and help close your first deals
  • You proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and help improve them

Must-haves

  • You enjoy talking to people and asking direct questions
  • You're structured: follow-ups, notes, next steps, pipeline hygiene
  • You handle rejection without losing momentum or energy
  • You're proactive, take initiative, and create opportunities yourself
  • You communicate value clearly, not just a feature list
  • You work well independently without constant guidance
  • Fluent in English (Swedish a strong plus, not required)
  • Based in Sweden or able to work Stockholm time

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, event sales, hospitality, or experiential marketing
  • Experience working with event agencies, venues, HR teams, or sports events
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Comfortable recording short Loom-style demos/videos
  • Strong writing skills · startup or fast-moving environment experience

Compensation

We want this to feel fair and performance-aligned. The role includes a base salary plus upside tied to performance and results. Exact structure will be discussed during the process.

How to apply

Email us with subject line "Sales Associate". Include your CV or LinkedIn, a short intro on why you want to work with us, one example of something you sold or convinced people to do, and optionally (strongly encouraged) a short Loom/video introducing yourself.

Unity UX / Gameplay EngineerBuild the feel of multiplayer gameplay on real-world maps. ReadySet + HVNT Stockholm / Hybrid · Remote EU Full-time · Engineering +

About

HVNT Entertainment builds real-world team experiences powered by mobile gameplay: challenges, mini-games, team competition, and a smooth user experience that feels premium. We're looking for a Unity engineer who loves to ship highly polished games with great feel.

You'll join our Lead Unity developer and help expand and improve our mobile app and Unity gameplay experience. You'll primarily be responsible for making HVNT Entertainment's app feel sharp, modern, smooth and fun: UI/UX quality, animation & transitions, game feel and polish, and rapid prototyping of new mini-games. If you care about the details players actually feel, you'll love this role.

Main responsibilities

  • Expand HVNT Entertainment's mobile UI library in Unity: components, screens, flows
  • Enforce a UX-first approach across our apps & games: clarity, usability, consistency
  • Prototype and build mini-games and gameplay interactions for our products
  • Own polish & game feel: animations, transitions, micro-interactions, responsiveness, "juice"
  • Ensure consistency & quality control across new features to reduce one-offs and mess
  • Make features easier to ship by improving UI foundations so the Unity team moves faster
  • Contribute to general Unity development: gameplay programming, iteration, bug fixing

What success looks like (first 30–90 days)

  • You ship UX/UI improvements
  • You noticeably improve the "premium feel" of the app through polish upgrades
  • You prototype mini-games quickly and iterate on real feedback
  • The Unity team speeds up because UI work becomes cleaner and more scalable
  • You integrate smoothly into the development team and become productive fast

Must-haves

  • Strong Unity experience (C#)
  • You've built real UI flows in Unity, not only game logic
  • You care about details and you're proud of clean output
  • You prototype fast and iterate without getting stuck
  • You've shipped at least 1 commercially released mobile game or interactive app
  • You take ownership and communicate clearly

Nice-to-haves

  • Design interest: Figma, layout, UI patterns, UX thinking
  • Animation/tweening experience: Unity animations, transitions, state-driven UI
  • Understanding of mobile performance constraints
  • Experience designing mini-games / gameplay loops
  • Interest in AR / location-based games; escape room and puzzle game interest a plus

How to apply

Email us with subject line "Unity Developer". Include your CV or LinkedIn, links/screenshots/videos of things you've built (UI, prototypes, games), and a short intro: what you built that you're proud of and why.

/ 04 · INTERNSHIPS

We occasionally take on interns when we have the time and capacity to do it properly. This is not a "watch and learn" internship. If you join us, you'll ship real work and be treated like part of the team. We look for people who are reliable, curious and proactive, learn fast, take feedback well, work independently, and are excited about games, experiences and building things people love. We're open to applications in any and all roles, but these are the areas we're especially excited about:

Apply: email careers@hvnt.com · subject "Internship Application - [role]" · include CV or LinkedIn, availability (dates + hours/week, start–end), what you want to learn + contribute, and any work examples.

/ 05 · HOW WE HIRE
01 · DAY 0
Intro email
Send a short note to careers@hvnt.com with what you've shipped and why this role. We read everything and do our best to respond quickly.
02 · WEEK 1–2
First conversation
A 30–45 min video call with a founder or the hiring lead. Mutual fit, scope of the role, and your story so far.
03 · WEEK 2–4
Craft deep-dive
Role-specific: a take-home, a portfolio walkthrough, a mock deal, or a working session. Bounded, paid where it makes sense, and never free spec work.
04 · WEEK 4–6
Team & offer
Meet 2–3 future teammates, talk the reality of the role, and align on comp. Offers go out within a few days of the final conversation.
/ 06 · FAQ
How long does the full process take?+
Usually 3–6 weeks from first email to signed offer. We're a small team, so we take the time to run each step properly. Four steps: intro email, a founder call, a role-specific craft deep-dive, and meeting the team.
Is the role remote, hybrid, or in-office?+
Most roles are Stockholm-based with hybrid flexibility. Some engineering roles are remote-friendly within EU hours; check the tag on each listing.
Do you sponsor visas or relocation?+
Case by case. If you're the right person, we'll figure out the logistics together. Mention your situation in your first email so we can plan early.
What about compensation?+
Competitive base with performance upside, and meaningful equity on key roles. We pay for ownership and outcomes, not face-time. Exact structure is discussed during the process.
Will I hear back if it's a no?+
We're a small team, so we can't always guarantee a reply to every application. We do make a point of getting back to everyone we've been in touch with during the process.
