We're hiring a Commercial Operator to help turn early momentum into a scalable business. This is not a "sales rep" seat; it's a founder-adjacent role for someone who treats revenue as a product they own end-to-end. You'll work directly with the founders on pipeline, partnerships, pricing, and the operating cadence behind it all.
Most people who fit this role have 3–8 years of commercial experience at startups or high-velocity software companies, often spanning sales, partnerships, BD, or revenue operations. Domain experience in events, agencies, gaming, or experiential is a strong plus but not required.
This role can grow into leading commercial, GTM, or revenue as the team expands. The ceiling is set by what you build, not by a ladder we hand you.
