Applicability of Rules: The rules and disclaimers outlined in this section apply to every game, game mode, and competition, whether conducted online or offline, in HVNT's app or on a third party platform, and are applicable when using any HVNT services. These rules and disclaimers also extend to interactions involving HVNT's commercial partners and/or sponsors.

HVNT exists to provide active, engaging, and immersive outdoor experiences. HVNT is first and foremost supposed to be a fun activity, but with the added bonus of being able to compete for and win real prizes.

HVNT encourages our users to be creative when deciphering clues and finding their way to a checkpoint in our competitions. We allow any modes of transportation when competing. Whether you wish to walk, run, use an e-scooter, bicycle, go by train or bus - it's completely up to you! We also encourage players to use google, ask a friend (or maybe a random person?) for help to find the locations that you're searching for. HVNT enforces an inclusive and friendly attitude amongst ourselves, and we encourage all of our users to follow the same guidelines.

As HVNT is a competitive game, we understand that there will, of course, be a level of competitiveness. HVNT, however, reserves the right to ban/suspend/restrict users who do not live up to our rules, code of conduct, and who do not treat other users in a respectable manner.

HVNT reserves the right to amend the rules before, during or after a competition has been launched.

Feel free to play solo or team up with friends to get the best experience possible. Above all, HVNT promotes a respectful and inclusive atmosphere among all participants, adhering to our code of conduct:

HVNT's Open world mode offers a fun and engaging free roaming gameplay which is currently available in most countries and densly populated areas in Europe, if you can not play HVNT Open world in your country/area, please let us know and we will do our best to make sure it will be available, shortly. 

In HVNT Open World your objective is to collect as many artefacts as possible, which are found on the map in your surroundings. Move between artefacts and collect them by entering AR. Each artefact earns you 1 point, and if you manage to stumble across and catch a rare Artifact, you will have to complete a challenge first before collecting it. For your efforts, you'll earn 3 points instead. By collecting artefacts, you'll also receive experience points that allow you to level up your profile

HVNT Open World is completely free to play and is played in seasons, with the current season's score being available on the leaderboard. On the leaderboard you'll be able to follow how many artefacts the top players of that season have collected. Each season has new prizes and resets the artefact counter and leaderboard, so players always have a new chance to win a prize next season.

After a season is over, the HVNT team will contact the winners and make sure they get their prizes.

As of now (Spring 2024) HVNT Competitions can be played in Sweden in the cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg & Malmo, with some additional surrounding areas.

HVNT Open World can be played in most of Europe. We hope to expand further during Summer/Fall 2024.

Prize claimants must be 18 years of age or have legal guardian approval. Valid ID must be presented when collecting prizes. Prizes involving age-restricted venues will require winners to meet the minimum age criteria, if a winner does not meet that age criteria, the prize may be forfeited.

HVNT reserves the right to adjust the leaderboards or select an alternative winner if the original winner does not meet the minimum age requirements, is suspected of cheating or does not meet other requirements for winning the prize.

Prizes can be collected from the HVNT office or delivered to a provided address within areas where HVNT is operational. In tie situations, the prize will go to the player who achieved the score first.

HVNT reserves the right to amend the rules before, during or after a competition has been launched.

HVNT strictly prohibits the use of third-party systems to gain an advantage in the game, such as but not limited to: location spoofing, image recognition services, or decryption tools. Players are not allowed to use a single account on multiple devices, multiple accounts on one device or exploit the software to unfairly advance in the game.

HVNT reserves the right to disqualify a participant suspected of cheating and may take further action, including banning or suspension. For guidance on legitimate strategies to improve your score, refer to the General Rules section.

HVNT encourages safe and responsible gameplay at all times. However, participants are reminded that they engage in all HVNT games and activities at their own risk.

Personal Responsibility: Players are responsible for ensuring they are in a safe environment while playing and must comply with all local laws and regulations. HVNT recommends that players maintain awareness of their surroundings to avoid any behavior that could lead to injury or harm to themselves or others.

Indemnity: By participating in any HVNT games, including all game modes and competitions, whether conducted online or offline, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVNT, its affiliates, partners, sponsors, and collaborators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs that may arise as a result of injuries, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during gameplay.

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that engaging in HVNT games may involve physical activity and inherent risks, including the potential for personal injury and property damage or loss. By participating, players assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of their participation in the games.

Damage or Loss of Property: Players are responsible for securing their personal belongings, including mobile devices and other equipment, during gameplay. HVNT is not responsible for the damage to or loss of any personal property during participation in any HVNT activities.

Advice to Participants: Players are advised to consider their physical limitations and the safety of their belongings and not to exceed these limitations. Should a player feel discomfort or notice any issue with their personal property, they should discontinue the activity immediately and, if necessary, seek professional advice.

Players must be at least 18 years old or have guardian approval to claim prizes. The game is restricted to users aged 12 and over on the App Store and Google Play.

Certain competitions may have additional age requirements, which must be complied with regardless of guardian consent. Proper ID is required when claiming prizes.

Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their winnings. HVNT or its partners do not handle tax-related matters nor take responsibility for paying any taxes and advises winners to consult their local tax authorities and/or tax lawyers for guidance.

Competition Details
* Competition Period: The competition will be active in HVNT Open World from May 1st until 23:59 on May 7th. Ensure you participate during these dates for a chance to win.
* Prize: Two tickets to the Taylor Swift concert on May 17th in Stockholm to be given to the 1st place participant.
* Eligibility: This competition is open to all eligible HVNT players who meet the age requirements of the concert venue.

How to Win
Participate in HVNT Open World where available and complete the specific challenges tailored for this competition. The top scorer at the end of the competition period will win the tickets.

Responsibilities of Winners
* Travel and Accommodation: Winners are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodation. While HVNT does not cover these expenses, we are happy to provide recommendations for accommodations and travel options in Stockholm.
* Claiming the Prize: Winners must claim their tickets within 48 hours of winning notification. Failure to claim the tickets within this timeframe may result in forfeiture.

* Code of Conduct: As with all HVNT competitions, participants are expected to adhere to our code of conduct. Fair play and respect for other competitors are paramount.
* Dispute Resolution: HVNT reserves the right to make final decisions in the case of disputes related to this competition.
* Publicity: Winners may be requested to participate in promotional activities such as social media posts or interviews. Participation in such activities is mandatory to win this specific competition.
* Right to Reassign Prize: HVNT reserves the right to award the prize to another participant if the initial winner is ineligible, declines the prize, or is unable to attend the concert on the specified date. This ensures that the prize does not go unclaimed and can be enjoyed by another deserving participant.
* Prohibition on Sale of Prize: The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be sold, transferred to another party, exchanged for cash, or substituted, except at the sole discretion of HVNT. This restriction is put in place to ensure that the prize serves its intended purpose of rewarding genuine participants of the competition.

This competition is independently operated by HVNT and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Taylor Swift, the concert promoters, or any of their affiliates. HVNT holds sole responsibility for the allocation and management of the competition prizes.
